I want to share a testimony of something supernatural that happened yesterday.
I was outside mowing my lawn and it started to rain. I kept mowing and was hoping it would just stop. I then started thinking about the scripture that says it rains on the just and the unjust. (Matthew 5:45) So I was thinking that maybe, it is what it is and I just need to not worry about it. I then thought about some times I had prayed before and it had stopped raining and also how Elijah prayed for no rain.
I offered up a quick prayer asking the Lord to stop the rain, although in hindsight I don’t think I really expected it to stop.
The Lord then spoke to me and said, “Ask in faith.”
I considered what I had heard and prayed again, but this time my faith had risen because of what the Lord had said.
As soon as I finished praying, the rain just stopped like somebody had turned off a tap. The timing was so on point with the end of my prayer I knew straight away it was no coincidence.
I was in awe of God and in that moment I felt he let me know that he is with me no matter what the circumstance. I was also reminded of this scripture:
Mark 9:23 NKJV
Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”
I thank the Lord for getting me to pray a second time.
